How to make Air Fryer Lasagna?
Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package directions.
Combine the ricotta cheese, onion, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and spinach and mix well.

Spray a pie pan lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Lay the lasagna noodles out in a ring pattern as shown. Spread half of the ricotta mixture around on the noodles. Top with ½ cup of the pasta sauce and 1/2 – ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Tear the remaining noodles and place on top of the cheese. Repeat the layers. Fold the noodles over the top of the mixture to seal in the “pie”. Add the remaining sauce and spread on the top. Top with the shredded cheese.

Heat the air fryer to 350. Add the lasagna and cook for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then slice like a pie to serve.
