- Halve the crescent roll tin and press sides together to form two long strips. Press all of the seams closed until you have two long, even rectangles.
- Spread the combined cheese mixture on each of the strips, leaving a small border.
- Roll up each of the rolls and slice into eight even slices.
- Spray the pinwheels, air fry and serve!

Air Fryer Pinwheels
Ingredients
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup diced pepperoni
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup diced green pepper
- 2 Tablespoons diced onion
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 jar pizza sauce
Instructions
- Puree the cottage cheese in a mini blender until smooth (*alternatively, you could substitute ricotta cheese).
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, pureed cottage cheese, diced pepperoni, grated parmesan cheese, green pepper, diced onion, Italian seasoning and salt, until well combined.
- Cut the crescent roll in half. Line up 2, long-side halves next to one another and press all seams closed.
- Gently spread the cheese mixture, dividing between the two strips, evenly, leaving a slight border.
- Roll each up, jelly-roll style. Slice each roll into 8 even slices.
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 300 for 5 minutes.
- Spray the inside of the air fryer lightly with cooking spray. Add the slices, cut side down and lightly spray the tops*. Set for 5 minutes at 300 degrees.
- When the cooking time is done, gently flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 300 degrees.
