These Better than Cracker Barrel Fried Apples are made super-easy by the Instant Pot. If you choose to use pre-sliced apples, this recipe literally only takes 5 minutes of hands-on time. If you choose to peel and chop the apples yourself, the hands on time becomes between 10-15 minutes. In either event this makes a super-fast side perfect for any holiday. The wonderfully sweet sauce makes this a delectable treat that could also become the filling for apple pies or tarts. Feel free to substitute olive-oil butter or another healthy alternative to lighten up the dish a bit.
