Instructions
Set the Instant Pot to Saute. Add the morningstar Italian sausage crumbles until thawed and starting to brown.
Add the seasonings and peppers and continue to stir for 3-4 minutes to begin to soften the peppers.
Turn off the saute function.
Add the white wine, the diced tomatoes, broth, and the egg noodles. Set to manual high pressure for 1 minute. When the cooking time is done, quick release any remaining pressure.
Serve topped with the parsley, basil and parmesan as desired.
Notes
If you would prefer to substitute chicken, pork or turkey Italian-style sausage for the Monrningstar crumbles, add at the same time as the crumbles and cook, crumbling until fully browned.
