Air Fryer Cabbage and Potato Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small head green cabbage
  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 2 head fresh garlic
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce.

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cabbage and potatoes into large abut 1” chunks. Slice the garlic. Add the veggies to the skewers alternating as you go.
  • Spray the skewers with the olive oil spray. Sprinkle with the seasonings and the soy sauce.
  • Air fry for approximately 25 minutes at 400 degrees, rotating half way if needed.

Notes

If you are using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for at least 20 minutes before using to prevent scorching.
